Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and depending on the program selected, can incorporate up to 8 hrs of exercise per week, including strength (weight) training and/or cardiovascular fitness. Your trainer will create a program specifically designed for your personal situation.
Located on Queenslands beautiful Gold Coast, you can choose to train at your home, office, beach or park or in a private studio located in Surfers Paradise. We bring the equipment to you.
Creating good eating habits and developing a sound nutritional plan is also vital. Your trainer will work alongside you ensuring your diet is healthy and sustainable.
